Job Responsibility
Job description
1. Services

* Assist in translate the company's specific objectives, plans and departmental goals.
* Oversee monthly payroll processing using the payroll system
* Maintain and review the Company's HR Policy, SOPs and Employee Handbook.
* Anticipate, plan and execute HR activities in context of broader business decision.
* Participate in establishing and/or controlling HR budget.
* Ensure strong employee communications across client groups particularly through times of change.

2. Strategic Thinking

* Deep understanding of key business drivers, goals, vision and values and how the people influence these.
* Liaise directly with Management and be accountable for the performance of the HR function as well as providing strategic counsel on all people matters.
* Planning and preparing HR yearly calendar.
* Act as a trusted advisor who is giving opinion and expertise.

3. Employee Engagement

* Lead the analysis of employee feedback and data with the aim of creating a better working environment and engaged culture.
* Taking oversight of the company's culture.
* Develop company wellbeing, health and counselling policies/ programs.

4. Performance Management

* Managing the effectiveness of the Performance Improvement Programmed (PIP) by upskilling and providing advice to line managers on the execution of the PIP.

5. General HR & Admin Operations/ ad-hoc assignments

* To oversee the Recruitment & Employer Branding, Compensation &
Job Requirements
