Job Responsibility- To provide day-to-day support in broad-spectrum HR functions
- To assist in the recruitment process such as posting job advertisements, conducting phone screening for shortlisting, arranging interviews etc. aligned with local regulations, Company policies and procedures
- To assist in the preparation of employment documentation (e.g. employment contract, appraisals, letters)
-To provide support, manage, and coordinate all training activities including enrolment, payment request, disseminate course confirmation, participant training evaluation, updating training records, etc., to assist in preparing for appraisal exercise
-Handle and resolve employee queries/issues in a timely manner
-Work pass matters (new applications, renewals, cancellation)
-Ensures timely updates of employee information and records in the HR system
-Liaise with government agencies on office administration, personnel, and legal matters
-Keep up with any new or amendments to the Employment Act & Employment regulations
-Provide support for all other ad-hoc HR duties delegated from superior
