Job ResponsibilityJob Description
o Responsible in Learning and Development operations, by conducting Training Need
Analysis, developing annual Training Plan, prepare and coordinate internal and external
training, analyze and measure skill level of production employee, manage and monitor
HRDCorp Fund and monitor the on-job-training in production.
o To plan, organize and monitor training as per required in SOP.
o Forecast Annual Training budget and close monitoring on HRDCorp utilization.
o Compile weekly/monthly Learning & Development relevant report i.e. Training Hour,
Training Evaluation, Post Training Evaluation, HRDCorp Utilization and etc.
o Oversee and support production on On-Job-Training (OJT) implementation.
o Design, develop and initiate Development program to support Departmental and Business
strategies.
o Ensure all relevant documents related to ISO are properly updated according to the latest
standard.
o Manage and regular monitoring on HRDCorp Grant, Claim and Levy.
o Maintain HR ISO 9001:2015 documentation, procedure & Audit Compliance reports
Requirements
o Degree in Human Resource or other related discipline or Diploma in Human Resource.
o At least two years' experience in Human Resource spectrum or other related field.
o Familiar with Employment Act and HRDCorp Policy.
o Well versed with ISO 9001:2005.
o Good in presentation skill.
o Good communication and interpersonal skills.
