Job Requirement
? Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, engagement, screening and hiring.
? Work closely with a team of hiring managers in a fast-paced organization for Malaysia and Singapore
? Schedule interviews and follow up with hiring arrangements requirements
? Track candidates' progress and update the status promptly
? Assist in the posting of jobs on different platforms
? Ensure a seamless end-to-end experience for candidates, hiring teams, and recruiters by acting as the coordinator
? Assist with coordination of recruiting events as needed
? Other tasks as assigned by the superior
Skills:
? Minimum Degree in Social Science / Human Resource Management / Business Management
? Minimum 2 years progressive recruiting experience with a search firm or in-house recruiting team
? Experience partnering with hiring managers, interviewers and team members throughout the hiring process
? Quick in screening resumes to identify the right candidate to the right position
? Sound sourcing approach with the ability to dive deep into searches for hard-to-fill requirements
? Track Record in sourcing and attracting the right talents
