Job Responsibilityo To update and maintain employee records and leave in to payroll system correctly and on time.
o Check staff attendance daily and follow up with the staff, head of department, Supervisor, assistant supervisor on the leave form, medical certificate.
o To do thumbprint system for new join. Update new staff into system and resign date for resign staff into system.
o Arrange for interview & follow through with hiring process.
o To prepare and give payslip to HQ and outlet staff.
o Responsible for all correspondence such as appointment, confirmation, acceptance resignation etc.
o Responsible in foreign workers management, including work permit renewal and liaise with agent about new application for foreign workers.
o Answering and attending to staff enquiries.
o Filling all the HR documents and ensure all data relating to the employees are keep confidential, accurately, maintained and readily available.
o To ensure all the HR form are ready for use. (E.g. Job application form OT Form, Appraisal Form, Leave form etc.)
o Update organization Chart from time to time.
o To carry out any other additional tasks and duties assigned by superior from time to time.
