- Assist recruitment task such as job posting, sourcing resumes, interview arrangement, background check, etc.
- Responsible in handling documentation for employee relation issues as such misconduct action, grievance and etc.
- Assisting in payroll, leave record, employees data (in & out joining ); calculate and record employees overtime, leaves, advance salary.
- Ensure that staff IC, bank account, EPF, SOCSO, income tax numbers are correctly updated into the payroll system
- Update organization chart, employee handbook, onthly roster (staff & doctor) for all branches, file labelling, filing, attendance, distribute memo.
- Process resignation / terminantion / dismissal and administer clearance for employee resignation
- Maintain digital and electronic records of employees
- Maintain calendars of the HR management team
- Assisting on any other HR ad-hoc tasks as and when required.

Administration

- Manage and update company asset databases and stock control such as stationery, sundry, uniform, equipment
- Responsible for purchasing processes and liaise with office suppliers
- Daily check and coordinate on cleaning schedule for Cleaners
- Assisting on any other Administration ad-hoc tasks as and when required.

Job Requirements.

- Diploma / Degree in Human Resources Management and any related professional certificate in Human Resources Management.
- Atleast 3-5 years of working experiences
- Candidates with experiences in Human Resourcess Management will be an added advantage.
