Job ResponsibilityPosition: Human Resource Executive
Location: Kuching HQ
Responsibilities:
o Handling recruitment and selection.
o Handling Payroll.
o Enhances the Company's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies and practices.
o Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.
o Maintains the work structure by updating job descriptions for all level of positions.
o Maintaining a smooth onboarding process - conduct orientation program and briefing to new employee.
o Able to solve conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
o Analyses wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plan.
o Identify training needs and arrange trainings for employees.
o Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary and termination procedures.
o Well versed with current Labour Laws.
o Enforces management guidelines by preparing and updating human resource policies and procedures.
o Develops and maintains a human resources system that meets top management information needs.
o Perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
o Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in human resources management or equivalent.
o Experience in human resources or related field.
o Good interpersonal and communication skills.
o Well versed with full spectrum of Human Resource practices.
o Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
