Job ResponsibilityJOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
1. To manage monthly payroll process; EPF, Socso, Income tax.
2. To prepare monthly payroll report and reports on employee movement, attrition, employee punctuality and absenteeism.
3. To ensure that employees monthly salaries are paid on time and that all contributions to statutory bodies are made.
4. Ensure all prior approval obtained for all manpower requisitions before proceeding with the recruitment exercise.
5. Sourcing for candidates, internally & externally, organise advertisement materials and liaise with newspaper representative for external advertisement and preparation of notice for internal advertisement. Liaise with recruitment agencies.
6. Coordinating with the requester on the shortlisting of potential candidates.
7. Coordinating the interview process and preparing of relevant documents related to the recruitment.
8. Coordination & preparation of all documents related to industrial Relations/disciplinary matters.
9. Prepare and update Organisation Charts for the Company
10. Preparation of monthly HR statistics/reports/Management presentations.
11. Any other ad hoc HR projects/duties assigned by the Management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate
Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
2. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
3. At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related
field is required for this position.
4. Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Payroll Administration,
Microsoft Excel
5. Proactive, multi-tasker, decisive, people and result oriented
6. Can work with minimal supervision and under pressure
7. Well versed with payroll calculation (SQL Payroll) and HR
practices
8. Preferably Junior Executive and above specialized in Human
Resources or equivalent.
