Job Responsibility o To be responsible for the full spectrum of human resource functions which encompass but not limited to compensation & Job Requirements

Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants. o Orientation: Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives. o Compensation & Benefits: Analyse and modify compensation and benefit policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements. o Training & Development: To coordinate and monitor training & development programmes, or employee relations activities of an organization. o Administration: To manage and oversee the day-to-day administration process and tasks. o To be responsible for IR related matter including counselling and managing employee related matter in compliance to labour law. o Perform on arranging staffing duties, including dealing with understaffing, refereeing disputes, and administering disciplinary procedures. o To plan and organise Company events to foster employee engagement and promote positive work culture. o To review, establish and improvise HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and regulations. o Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting, and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems. o To be updated with Statutory Regulations, Labour Laws and Regulations. o To ensure that overall HR and administration activities are carried out professionally, ethically and in a timely manner. o To undertake tasks as directed by the Superior and/or Management as and when required.
