Job Responsibility1) Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
2) To handle systematic filing system, safe keeping of private and confidential documents.
3) Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, performance evaluations etc).
4) Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
5) Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
6) Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, overtime, leaves, etc).
7) Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
8) Maintain attendance system, overtime calculation and leave application.
9) Handling the other administrative work such as office maintenance, payment of utilities every month and office refreshment.
10) Preparation of all HR letters, contracts and memos for the company.
11) Participate in handling employee grievances.
12) Perform any other ad-hoc task assigned by the management from time to time.
KRITERIA
1) Mempunyai Diploma/ Degree dalam bidang Pengurusan Sumber Manusia;
2) Warganegara Malaysia berumur kurang dari 40 tahun;
3) Berpengalaman 1 - 2 tahun dalam bidang berkaitan merupakan satu kelebihan;
4) Mempunyai pengetahuan mengenai prosedur dan polisi pejabat;
5) Mempunyai etika kerja yang baik, jujur, berdikari, menepati masa dan bertanggungjawab;
6) Mempunyai kemahiran komunikasi yang baik;
7) Mempunyai tahap kesihatan yang baik dan cergas;
8) Boleh bekerja lebih masa sekiranya diperlukan.
