Job ResponsibilityAssist the global HR team with performing administrative tasks
HRIS Database Administration:
o Weekly Security Role Audit
o Password Resets as per request
o Create job codes as per request
o Create new location codes as per request
o Collect Payroll Schedules yearly
o Update Pay Schedules for each country
o Update/Import supervisor changes as per request
o Update/Import Organizational changes as per request
o Update/Import Job Title changes as per request
o Train/Support new local HR Admins with UKG system functionalities
Create & maintain global job description library/templates
Import global job descriptions into HRIS
General HR administrative support
Support Global Talent Acquisition:
o LinkedIn posting support and other job board admin duties
o Creation of passwords/usernames for new users
o Monitoring global job posts for administrative errors
o Accuracy of global openings (the correct jobs are opened and then closed appropriately)
Learning Management System Support:
o Maintain course catalog by performing regular updates as needed
o Create Flows/Power Apps or similar automation
o Importing CEUs
o Maintaining dashboards/Qlik setup by IT for LMS
Performs other duties as assigned
