Job Responsibility
Job Description:
1. Responsible for the full spectrum of HR Management.
2. Administering and managing human resources plans for the Group.
3. Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
4. Managing the recruitment and selection process including the recruitment for foreign worker.
5. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
6. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.

8. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
9. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
10. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
11. Responsible and monitoring the HR team in term of payroll, statutory payment, disciplinary matters and the whole daily HR tasks.
12. Monitor the renewal of foreign workers' passport and ensure the passport and permit is up to date.
13. Liaise with government body.
14. To handle any ad-hoc duties as and when required by management.

Requirement:
1. Proven experience as HR position.
2. At least 5 years of experience in Manufacturing industries.
3. Expertise in doing recruitment of workers level or mass recruitment including handle new & renewal application of foreign workers.
4. Familiarity of labour law.
5. Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
8. Good ethics and reliability.
9. Possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in business administration, social studies or relevant field; further training will be a plus.
