Job Responsibility- Prepare monthly report of leave, OT, staff claim, driver claim, disciplinary issue, training, lateness & early out, employee record, new joined & resigned staff.
- Sourcing resume, arrange interview, new hire on board and plant.
- Create and maintain employee files and record in system.
- Monitor the attendance, leave record, OT and ensure all the records are accurate and updated into the system.
- Administer on staff disciplinary issue and prepare show cause letter.
- Conduct onboarding and HR orientation for new joiners.
- Other duties assigned by superior.
