1. Preparing, keeping and storing HR related documents of any types (hiring, transfers, dismissals, warning letters, notifications, etc.);
2. Keeping records of the attestation results of employees in accordance with the current laws;
3. Preparing and maintaining monthly human resources reports;
4. Managing and maintaining the employees' personal data;
5. Preparation and amendments of employment agreements and any other documents;
6. Development and monitoring of overall HR procedures, strategies and systems;
7. Administration and monitoring of the time management system for daily / monthly employee attendance record;
8. Managing and monitoring the company's policies, leaves and complex issues;
9. Ensure legal compliance related to HR at all times;
10. Assistance in dealing with conflict situations;
11. Managing domestic inquiries, in accordance with the laws.
- Fluent English;
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or in any other closely related field;
- Working experience in HR: no less than 1 year;
- Knowledge of current Malaysian labor legislation;
- Strong sense of urgency and duty, ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
- 5 day working week;
- Probation period: 3 months;
- 3000 MYR / month (net) for the start, 3500 MYR / month - after probation period;
