Job ResponsibilityConducts orientation program to new employees (Training):
*Conducts Basic Manufacturing Programmed for new workers
*Conducts Soft Skills training for Non-Executive level.
*Coordinates and ensure On The Job Training (OJT) is performed as scheduled (ensuring new modules to be included for new production line)
*Coordinates customized training as per department request.
*Coordinates and liaises with external Consultants on employees' training needs and arranges training schedules for employees
*Evaluates the effectiveness of the respective training programs by obtaining feedback from Head of Divisions / Departments
*Conduct Training Needs Analysis Group-wide
*Manages Human Resource Development Fund (HRDF) claims
*Develops and maintain training library
*Reports on annual/monthly/ weekly training activities and costing
*To assist and undertake additional assignments/tasks from superior from time to time.
Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy (Disciplinary):
*Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
*Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
*Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
