Job ResponsibilityDuties & Responsibilities:
1 - Understanding and executing staffing requisition, requirements and issues from all departments.
2 - Sourcing candidates via recruitment agencies and job online advertisement.
3 - Screening the candidates by resume shortlisting, phone interview and personal interviews with coordination with the concerned departments.
4 - Issuing Letter of Employment to the selected candidate.
5 - Maintain employees' leaves, medical and attendance record.
6 - Review, update and maintain proper filing such as employees' medical insurance policies.
7 - Conduct orientation program and briefing to new employee.
8 - Attending / Understanding employee's grievances in their work engagement level and implement corrective measures for them
9 - Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee's termination
10 - Organising training sessions or trainings for employees ensuring they are fully equipped to be able to perform their duties.
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities:
1 - Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or any related fields.
2 - Must have at least two years working experience in this position and added advantage if from the same industry.
3 - Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
4 - Must have knowledge of MS Office i.e. Excel, Powerpoint, Word.
5 - Ability to communicate effectively & professionally
6 - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7 - Discretion, confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
