JOB DESCRIPTION
Talent Acquisition
o Understand the needs of the human resource talents needed in the company.
o Ensurethe staffing of the company are met for long term planning.
o Create attractive job advertisements.
o Work with hiring managers on job descriptions and requirements.
o Manage all postings using various media platforms, incoming applications.
o Liaise with headhunting companies for talents.
o Monitor vacancies in the company.
o Identify and shortlist the right candidates to fill the vacancies.
o Host/Arrange interviews for hiring managers.
o Collate candidate's information such as detailed CV, photo, academic certificates, references.
o Manage the onboarding process.
o Periodic follow up with the hired to ensure they are settled well into their role.
o Ad hoc assignment/work from reporting Officer.
Training:-
o Identify and assess the training needs of the organization through job analysis, career paths and consultation with HODs and Team Lead.
o Develop training manuals that target tangible results.
o Implement effective and purposeful training methods.
o Effectively manage the training budget.
o Ensure that training is meeting business needs and improving performance.
o Assess employees' skills, performance and productivity to identify areas of improvement.
o Effectively communicate with Team members, Training Organizers and Management.
o Create a curriculum to facilitate strategic training to create a pool of management trainees.
o Select and manage resources, including working with both internal employees and training vendors to develop and deliver training.
o Manage the technologies and technical personnel required to develop, manage and deliver training.
o Keep abreast of training trends, developments and best practice
o Ad hoc assignment/work from reporting Officer.
Requirements:-
o Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field (essential).
o A minimum of 4 years experience in recruitment and training with proved record of staff placement.
o Indepth knowledge of Labour Laws
o Creative and resourceful with social media platform and professional talent networks.
o Efficient in documentation processes.
o Good with sourcing techniques
o Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills - English, BM, and Mandarin would be advantageous.
o Able to write reports with clarity.
o Strong leadership abilities.
o Proven time management and prioritizing skills.
o Ability to work in a team and coordinate the work within the team.
o Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office.
