Job ResponsibilityJob Description
Responsible on process payment salary for foreign worker, socso and eis. Handling claim and site petty cash process to make sure follow procedure
Make an appointment for service, renew road tax and insurance for company vehicle
Assist on purchasing order
Maintain office systems which include data management, proper and systematic document filing system, manage, sort and archive old documents
Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests and handling them appropriately
Perform other related duties or ad hoc duties as and when assigned
Job Requirement
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): UBS Payroll System
Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Human Resources or equivalent
Good in communication skills
Able to start immediately will be an added advantage
