Job ResponsibilityResponsibilities:
o To assist the Human Resource Manager to ensure the consistent application of Human Resources policies and procedures.
o To hold counselling with the factory employees in respect of day-to-day work and other problems affecting their job.
o To assist and monitor the manpower requirement of all departments and follow up.
o To follow up on all disciplinary cases and ensure that the company policies are clearly understood and adhered too.
o To hold exit interviews when requested.
o To ensure all foreign worker travel arrangements and EPF withdrawals are processed accurately and in timely manner.
o To assist Human Resource Manager in the organization of employee recreation programs.
o To ensure the smooth running of the canteen and ensuring reasonable pricing.
o To assist the Human Resource Manager in organizing and accessing the training and development needs of employees and ensuring the HRDF fund applications and claims are made accurately and promptly.
o To maintain proper leave records tracking for all employees and maintaining leave records for all Executives and Managers.
o To follow up on all disciplinary cases and to ensure proper action is taken.
o To perform any other assign job or ad hoc job as and when required by the Human Resource Manager.
Requirements:
o Possess a Bachelor Degree / Diploma in HR or any other relevant qualifications.
o Have at least 5 years working experiences.
o Knowledge in full spectrum of Human Resources is an added advantage.
o Possess a valid car driving license.
o Possess good communications skill.
o Systematic, organize, positive attitude and problem-solving skills.
o Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
