Job Responsibility

• Assisting with day to day efficient operation of the human resources
• Maintain and update employees personal information in employee file
• From recruitment to resignation: job posting, pre-screening resume, arrange interview and other related to recruitment
• Check attendance for all staff and resolve any discrepancy issues
• Good understanding of Labour Law
• Day to day HR operation and other HR administration function.

Job Requirements

• Fluent in Mandarin and English
• Posses at least Diploma in related field and equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment would be an added advantage
• Result-oriented
• Team player
