Job ResponsibilityRESPONSIBILITIES :
1) To assist in the recruitment, selection and placement of personal to ensure a timely processing in meeting manpower needs.
2) To coordinate, schedule and arrange recruitment activities which include sourcing, shortlisting and scheduling interview session.
3) To ensure staff salaries, allowances and overtime are administered and verified on time and are accurate.
4) To perform full spectrum of payroll on a monthly basis, rectify payroll discrepancies and statutory submission (EPF, Socso, EIS, LHDN, HRD Corp)
5) To issue HR related letters to staff e.g. Training Confirmation Letter, Warning Letter and Confirmation Position Letter.
6) To uphold, enforce and ensure adherence to the Company's Human Resources policies and procedures.
7) Manage On-Boarding of new employees
8) Oversee staffs discipline, rules & regulations, any disciplinary action to be taken.
9) Other Ad Hoc task
Requirements:
1.Bachelor in Human Resource or Business Studies / Administration / Management or other relevant discipline.
2.Strong knowledge in Employment Act, Malaysia Labour Law, Statutory requirements and other related legislation.
3.At least 3 years of working experience in related field is required.
4.Knowledge in payroll system
5.Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
6.Able to work independently, resourceful and good sense of responsibility
7.Honest and disciplined and confidential.
