Job Responsibility**Job Description
-Responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resource function including payroll, recruitment,
staff onboarding / off boarding process, training & development, industrial relation and other
day-to-day HR related matters
-Responsible for the process of recruitment, including vetting candidates, advertise job,
source candidates, screening, provide shortlists of qualified candidates, interviews, and
arrange of interview appointment
-Liaise with all government agencies: KWSP, PERKESO, LHDN & JTK to ensure adherence to
compliance laws and regulations
-Ensure on-time and accurate payroll processing, salary pay outs, statutory payments and
ensure compliance of all statutory requirements
-Maintain HR records such as employee personal files, databases, leave records, and
attendance tracking of all employees in a proper and efficient manner
-Handle foreign workers application, renewal, end of contract procedure and related
procedure matters.
-To attend to employee's queries on matters pertaining to disciplinary, payroll, medical, and related matters.
-Any ad-hoc task time to time.
**Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
-At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Good knowledge in Malaysian Employment Act, Labour Law, and Industrial Relation.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
-Independent worker while being a good team player
-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
-Being able to start immediately will be an advantage
