Job Responsibility1. Liaison with CIDB, Immigration, MDKL, Police and Bomba other Govt authorities related to HR
- Liaison with Government and statutory bodies in related HR & Admin Matter
- Liaison and communication with Govt and statutory bodies in events such as Berbuka Puasa Bersama, and other programs.
2. Workers outsourcing
- In charge of attendance, overtime calculation and turnover for outsourced workers
- Liaison with workers outsourcing agent for trouble shooting and problem solving
3. Internal Communication within JXM
- Inter Departmental communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English
4. Organize Sports & Recreation Committee for Employees Events
- Assist in organizing the SRC for employees' events such as Annual Dinner, Family Day, Sports Day and Berbuka Puasa Bersama Program
5. Liaison and engagement with Institution of Higher Learning - Tertiary Institutes
- Liaison with Universities on Management Trainee Program
- Liaison with colleges for Apprentice Trainee Scheme
- Liaison with Institutes of Higher Learning for Internship Program
6. HR Discipline & Compliance
- Assist Management in Disciplinary and Internal Compliance matters
- Periodic socializing on disciplinary matters such as attendance & tardiness, JXM's code of conduct, and others
7. Management Trainee Program & Apprentice Trainee Scheme (Relating to Item 5)
- To assist in organizing, recruiting and on-boarding both MTP and ATS
- Monthly follow-up on departments for progress of MTP Engineers and ATS Trainees
- Quarterly assessment of both MTP Engineers and ATS Trainees
- Job assimilation program after MTP and ATS ends
8. Organization Structure update
- Update of Organization Structure as when it is needed
- Liaison with individual departments to ensure the approved structure is being adhered to
9. Corporate Social Responsibility
- Assist in Community Engagement programs
- Assist in Emergency Relief programs for Banting & Jenjarum area
- Assist in identify participants, welfare organizations, & NGOs for JXM CSR initiatives
10. To take charge of Employment Pass, Professional Visit Pass Administration & Application
- Take charge of the application of PVP and Employment Pass
- To administrate the PVP & EP process from start to end.
11. Assist in the administration for competent officers as per statutory requirement
- To identify the competencies requirement for running the mill with HODs
- To identify the persons for competency training with HODs
- To set up a record and monitor the competencies, yearly renewal & retraining.
- To make changes to personnel with competencies with recommendation by the HODs
12. Assist in Payroll Support
13. Assist in ISO Management System series
14. Any others task assign from time to time.
Job Requirements- Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource/Business Administration/Psychology or any related field.
- Candidate should have experience in Employment Pass, Professional Visit Pass Administration & Application
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English or Malay.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills.
- Highly professional, well rounded, with an ability to interact comfortably with all levels.
- Willing to work at Bandar Mahkota Banting, Selangor.
- 5.5 working days (alternative Saturday)
