Job Responsibility1. Submit statutory payment (KWSP, SOCSO, HRDF, PCB)
2. Process monthly payroll and statutory contributions.
3. Administer overtime, staff walfare, compensation, HRDF Grant application and others HR function.
4. Update staff's daily attendance and monthly attendance report.
5. Liaison with insurance broker on coverage for employees (addition for new employees and deletion of coverage for resigned employees)
6. To handle licensing matters and to ensure all business licenses are renew and obtained at specific location
7. Prepare monthly report for Annual Leave & Medical Leave.
8. Arrange of internal & external training needs.
9. To handle mail correspondences, couriers, issue memos and circulars internally & externally.
10. Handle yearly EA forms for employees and Form E for submission to LHDN.
11. To spot check on workers working attitude during working hours and after working hours.
12 To arrange and make order lunch for all employees from Monday - Friday.
13. In charge of monthly prayers and yearly prayers and to monitor on all prayers preparation items needed
