We are looking for an HR & Admin Assistant/ Executive to act as the contact point for HR/ training/Admin-related matters with internal and external parties.
Responsibilities:-
- Liaison with potential employers with regards to HR placement services for inhouse graduates & external candidates
- Create/ Support HR campaigns to get new candidates' registration
- Assist to interview coordination, pre-employment medical check, and interview arrangements (whichever applicable)
- Co-ordinate with employers on travel & accommodations for selected candidates (if applicable)
- Plan and Participate in HR projects (e.g. help organize job/ career fair events)
- Conduct initial interview of internship applications, offer letter preparation, provide joining orientation
- Assist in Administrative or other work required by the management
Requirements:-
? Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management/ Business Admin/Mass Communication or relevant
? Those with previous experience as HR Consultant/ Recruitment Agency will be an added advantage
? Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
? Strong communication skills
? Willing to be based in Kuala Lumpur or Penang
