o To manage and oversee the day to day running of the office administrative and responsible for smooth operations that oversee all HR & admin matters including, security, maintenance, office supplies and transportation, bookings of hotel & flight tickets.
o To analyse, review and further develop the HR and Admin policies & procedures and practices and optimise workforce plans in accordance to Company direction.
o Updating Company Employee Handbook from time to time based on current situation and ensures that all employees strictly adhere to all Company policies and procedures.
o Suggest and plan employee engagement program and activities for the Company.
o Implement & monitor effective HR practices & policies set by the Company.
o Liaise with MDEC pertaining to the Employment Pass for Foreign Knowledge Worker (FKW) and manage all (FKW) matters.
o To ensure the compliance with all Malaysian government Legislation and Act, local authorities rules and regulations.
o Provide Guidance, motivation and support to HR & Admin Team.
o Provide support to various business units to develop manpower planning and resourcing to attract and retain talent, implement induction and placement program, conduct exit interview and to enhance new employees' retention.
o To organize the Training & Development for all employees;
? work closely with the HOD to identify the training needs for each of the staff.
? Coordinate the arrangement with the internal and external training program and access the effectiveness of the Training.
? Manage the budget and employee training records.
? Provide feedback to Management on the training outcome and suggestions to improve.
o Overseeing the preparation of monthly payroll, attend to routine queries of employees and other duties related to payroll administration.
o Monitor all HR & Admin expenses and budget.
o Ensures employment and compliance to regulatory concerns and reporting
o Assisting in the arrangement for Board Meeting documentation not limited to compilation of documentation, arrangement for Board Meeting Venue and organizing the communication between the Management & board of Directors.
o Assisting in the Sales & Marketing for the Company Smart HR Solutions.
o Other ad-hoc duties as required by the Management



Job Requirement:

o Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, Business studies / administration Management or equivalent.
o Well exposed to overall HR functions with at least 5 years of working experience in the related field.
o Preferably Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
o Computer Literate
o Good in Microsoft Office
o Able to do presentation
o Ability to interface and manage relations with key stakeholders
o Track record in multiple Human Resources disciplines (Compensation & Benefits, Training & Development, Organizational Design/Development, Employee Relations, Staffing, etc.)
o Strong working knowledge of the local labor law, Payroll and related statutory matters, Immigration laws and broad experience in handling complex employee relations topics
o High personal motivation, self-management & detailed oriented: ability to manage & handle several task at the same time
o Candidate must be proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia, both in speaking & writing
o Excellent organization, problem solving and communication skills
o Highly motivated, able to work under pressure and able to meet the tight datelines on work required by the Management.
o Possess own transportation and willing to travel
