Job Responsibilityo Assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
o Providing clerical and administrative support to Human Resources Manager
o Compiling and updating employee records (hard and soft copies)
o Maintaining office pantry, cleaning items, stationery.
o Ensure Office and Administration Maintenance to be properly kept and control.
o Assist in government grant and subsidy.
o Monitor staff attendance, leave and claims.
o Monitor staff confirmation, contract due and medical claim usage.
o Update leave record and ensure that the records are accurate.
o Assist on audit matters (ISO, ISM, OVID, Statutory audit and etc.)
o Assist on training matters, TNA, TNE, TNI, documentation and etc.
o Answer inquiries about employee leave, medical expenses and other related matters.
o Assist to prepare monthly report for Head of Department (HOD).
o Update and maintain accurate personnel records on systems & personal file.
o Assist to prepare yearly KPI and assessment for employees.
o Assist on conducting CSR (Corporate Social & Responsibility) for company. Cooperate with relevant bodies to ensure the program run as plan.
o Assist for employee Career Development and ensure the successful of this program follow the stipulated time given.
o Assist on HR Planning program which is need to conduct as planned.
o Assist for conducting monthly sports activities for employees.
o Assist in any other HR & Admin related ad-hoc tasks when required.
