Job Responsibility- To Monitor and conduct pre-screening for job advertisement, including selection and recommend potential candidates to hiring manager as per manpower requisition application.
- To prepare employment contract, handling employee confirmation matter and disciplinary case.
- To prepare monthly manpower report for management review.
- To conduct induction training for new employees and maintain employee profile in HR system.
- To conduct off boarding program for resigned employees.
- To monitor and involve in performance appraisal and increment.
- Maintain employees' leaves, medical and attendance record. Keeping track of employees' attendance / absenteeism and report to General Manager
- Any other task assigned by General Manager / COO
- Monthly payroll processing and ensure compliance with the government authorities i.e. such as EPF, SOCSO, LHDN, and HRDF.
2) Training and Development
- Responsible in yearly training plan preparation and training needs assessment for all employees.
- Responsible in develop training program and objective.
- To handle and update employee's training record.
- To handle HRDF application & claims matters.
Admin Duties:
- Manage outsource cleaner and security to ensure they are compliance with the rules and regulation of company
- Company Uniform and Stationary Inventory Management
Job Requirements- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience with knowledge of local employment laws and HR practices. An advantage to those who have a minimum of 2 years relevant experience in HR/Payroll experience.
- Required skill(s): Microsoft Office, Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken) Good communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
