Job Description


Job Responsibility
- Assist payroll, which includes ensuring leave record are tracked in the system and facilitating resolutions to any payroll errors.
- Manage and monitor training for staff follow ISO 9001:2015 procedure.
- Maintaining computer system by updating and entering data (leave record, staff details, salary & etc)
- Maintaining calendars of HR management team
- Prepare budgeting payroll and submit HR report to Account & Top Management.
- Participating in recruitment efforts follow ISO 9001:2015 procedure including posting job ads and organizing resumes & job applications, scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process.

- Administering new employment assessments and serving as a point person for all new employee questions
- Updating, maintaining, and filing employee details, benefits, employment status, and similar records.
- Maintaining records related to grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions
- Performing file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained
- Implementation and maintain the ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018 documentations.
- Responsible for coordination of controlled documentation within the company.
- Assist in supporting external audits, coordinating activities in backroom, and ensuring timely response to documentation requests for auditors
- Checking and filing of ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018 documentation.
- Respond to user requests for ISO documentation and or certification
- Maintenance of ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018 systems to conform with
internal / external audits.
- Investigate and respond to corrective actions related to Document Control
- Ensure all employee full awareness of and compliance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018 policies and procedures in accordance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Report the accident, incidents or near miss to HSE department.
- Assist SHO with new employee QHSE inductions
