Job Responsibility1. To ensure that all housekeeping matters are immediately attended to when required.
2. To carry out duties in a skilful manners
3. To produce relevant recommendations for the hotel improvement
4. To assist in general housekeeping of the hotel
5. To ensure compliance with all statutory obligations and store control procedures.
6. To provide specific and general training to all subordinates in all areas or specialized areas of safety.
7. To be fully responsible for the safety of the hotel in the areas of speciality.
8. To conducts periodic checks on all water feature facilities, public areas, hotel public area, the car park and others area (where applicable) in the hotel and to ensure that these items are in perfect operational conditions always.
9. To carry out routine walk around in the hotel
10. To maintain and control the housekeeping store and submit monthly report on the stock control
11. To ensure the par stock level of the various chemical stocks, cleaning material and to prepare requisition stock inventory when necessary.
12. To ensure all staff are scheduled work accordingly so that the hotel operation ready before opening
13. To carry out necessary preparation for the daily routine work
14. To maintain cleanliness/tidiness of all areas and regularly perform cleaning assignments on schedule for the staff to ensure clean environment through the business day.
15. To be responsible for any other related duties assigned by Management from time to time.
