Job Responsibilityo Inspect all concourse areas, washrooms, all public spaces (common area) and to ensure that the cleaning standard are maintain at all time.
o Organize work schedule from the room status list, arrivals and departures
o Distribute and replace linens, towels and room supplies
o Restock room supplies such as drinking glasses, soaps, shampoos,etc.
o Realign furniture and amenities according to prescribed layout
o Inspect and turn mattresses regularly
o Ensure confidentiality and security of guest rooms
o Follow all company safety and security procedures
o Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards
o Observe and report damage of hotel property
