Job Responsibility1. Supervise for the smooth running of the facilities provided and and maintenance of these facilities
2. Responsible to settle grievances/complaints of the students.
3. First aid in case of any emergency and arrange for hospitalization of student.
4. Formulate and implement policies, procedures & system of administering students' hostel.
5. Responsible for the welfares and disciplines of students in the hostel.
6. Ensure student abide to hostel policies, rules and regulations.
7. Attend to any emergency cases and matters related to the students in hostel.
8. Transporting Management Staff to Meetings and events
9. Carrying out vehicle maintenance checks.
10. Perform transportation in a timely manner.
11. Picking up office purchases or other administrative if need
