Job Responsibilityo In charge of taking care the company hostels including safety and security of the hostellers.
o To assist in formulating code of conduct and control of foreign workers in the hostels
o To arrange and manage the security of the hostels and the safety of the occupants/hostellers.
o To be responsible for the cleanliness of the hostels
o To be responsible for the proper conduct and discipline of the company foreign workers staying in the hostel.
o To assist the Management in running the central safety and security committee for the company.
o To investigate, collect and maintain statistics on any accident and dangerous assurance at the hostel.
o To be responsible for making police report concerning any accident.
o Any order duties as directed by Management from time to time.
o To carry out hostel spot check from time to time.
o Shall take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate superior.
o The scope of authority shall refer to the selected work process procedure/ instruction.
