Job ResponsibilityResponsibilities
o Responsible for all aspects of hostel management in accordance with Act 446 and social compliance standards.
o Managing the welfare and discipline of foreign workers in the hostel
o Conduct regular team meetings with HR worker's representative.
o Manage and plan foreign workers' accommodations as per repatriation & arrival.
o Implement policies, procedures, and systems for managing foreign workers' hostel.
o Carry out regular hostel audits to check hostel cleanliness and surrounding area.
o Ensure hostel management process compliance with the local law and rules and regulations.
o Ensure the hostel and its surrounding environment are upkeep and well maintained.
o Supervise a team of hostel wardens and ensure day-to-day tasks are executed smoothly.
o Takes complete ownership of hostel management.
