Main Duties :
-Manage guest enquiries
-Meet and welcome guest
-Arrange check-in/out
-Provide guest travel tips
-Room quality checks
-Inventory management
-Manage cleaning/ laundry/ maintenance
-Manage feedback
-Reporting

Qualifications :
-Experience in hospitality/ short-term rent industry is a plus (training provided)
-Familiar with KL and travel information
-Friendly & passionate with tourism
-Own smartphone
-Excellent communication skills
-Able to work on weekends and flexible schedule
-Can speak Malay, English, Chinese is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM1,500.00 to RM2,000.00 /month (Based on experience)
