Job Responsibility

• Ensure the smooth running of the reception including check-in/out procedures.
• Respond to all phone calls in a polite manner and greet all guests
• Respond to guests regarding the membership system and keep records of inquiries
• To perform basic payment process and general administrative works
• Maintain cleanliness of the reception, lounge area, and other facilities.

Job Requirements

• Able to communicate well in English, Mandarin (Optional)
• Willing to work in shift basis and during the weekend
• Have at least related working experience
• Must be willing to work in Bangsar
