Job ResponsibilityJOB DESCRIPTION
o Welcomes visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone, answering or referring inquiries.
o To provide courteous and prompt service and if possible to comply with every guests requests and needs.
o To familiarize themselves with the procedures, facilities and service of the hotel.
o To sell rooms in manner designed to maximize revenue and occupancy with guest satisfaction.
o To ensure all check-in and check-out are prompt and guest requirements are met.
o To escort as many guest to the rooms and introduce all facilities of the hotel and the hotel room while rooming the guest.
JOB REQUIREMENT
o Candidates must possess at least a SPM or Diploma in Hospitality / Tourism / Hotel Management or equivalent.
o Required language (s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
o Able to speak Mandarin / Cantonese will be an added advantage.
o Pleasant personality, possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
o Strong disciplines, commitments, self-initiative and good customer relations.
o Must be willing to work on shift including working on weekends and public holidays.
