Job ResponsibilityWorking as a Outlet Manager at FUNSCO's, your daily activities will include things like checking food temperatures for safety, balancing registers, and training new associates. You will also frequently work directly with customers and associates in your day-to-day activities. This means that strong people skills and the ability to multitask are key in this position. An Outlet Manager provides leadership to crew and other team members during a shift to ensure great Quality, Service, and Cleanliness to customers.
- Greeting customers and making them feel welcome as they enter the store.
- Taking customer orders and preparing food as needed.
- Process customers' orders, generate their bills and bagging food.
- Provide answers to queries presented by customers regarding services and offers made available by the restaurant.
- Always keeping the outlet area clean.
- Checking food holding temperatures to ensure food safety compliance.
- Managing cash positions and making bank deposits.
- Ensuring that all associates are aware of new promotions.
- Keeping labour costs low and ordering new supplies.
Job Requirements- At least 1 year working experience in Food & Beverages industry.
- Ability to maintain composure during rush hours and you should be comfortable working with a wide variety of different people.

- Communicating with the next Shift Manager to help prepare him/her to run a great shift, too.
