Handle inbound calls for Domino's Pizza orders taking Malaysia and Singapore Process customer's order Tactfully and professionally attend to customer queries/concerns via phone Adhere to escalation procedures of handling customer concerns at all times To comply with any special or additional tasks assigned from time to time by the superior and management. Requirements:
Must be a Malaysian and more than 18 years old. Minimum SPM. Good Command of English and Bahasa Melayu (written/spoken) Excellent communication skills. Possess own transport. Able to come for training at Wisma Domino's Hicom Glenmarie, Shah Alam. Working place Wisma Domino's Hicom Glenmarie, Shah Alam Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Basic computer knowledge is needed and training will be provided. Does not have any health problem that prevents working on rotating/night shift.
