Job ResponsibilityFront Office Team Leader responsibles to provide customer service professionally to our guests, ensuring their stay will become a memorable experience, maintain effective communication with the related departments to ensure smooth service delivery, handle check-in/check-out process, able to handle guests' complaint as well as disseminate relevant information to the guests.
Minimum requiremente are as follows:-
- Relevant Degree/Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management
- 2 years of working experience in hotel operations
- Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills
