Job ResponsibilityJob Description :
o 5 working days in a week only
o The main role as Hotel's Front Office Supervisor for Front Office Department
o The role includes supervising the concierge, reservation, guest liaison, rooming services, cashiering, operation administration data and report, tour guide, buggy service and other Front Office operation services
o Responsible in supervising Front Office's administration such as internal system operating, profile update, workplace safety audit, operational inventory and other administrative services
o Provides other Front Office services required by operations from time to time
Requirement :
o Experience a minimum of 3-year Front Office in the hospitality industry
o Willing to work at Negeri Perak Darul Ridzuan, Sunway City Ipoh (Tambun)
o Possess Certificate / Diploma / Degree and any equivalent
o Shift work schedules
o Flexibility to work during Public Holiday and anytime required by operations
o Advantage for candidates possess the ability and mastered foreign languages such as English, Japanese, Arabic and others
o Advantage for candidates possess a complete driving license and experienced driver
o Advantage for candidates with attractive character, neat grooming and hygiene standards
o Must have adhered to employment medical and safety requirements, healthy and fit to work
