Job Responsibilityo To ensure the Front Desk is manned at all times.
o To ensure all guests are welcomed and attended to immediately without delays.
o To ensure all messages are keyed in correctly and accurately immediately upon receipt.
o To update Guest Profile in the system after a check-in is completed.
o To ensure Departure Messages are sent to rooms every evening a day before departure.
o To sort out all soft copies of Registration Card after a check-out.
o To ensure all follow-ups are done during your shift.
o To do your individual filing at the end of your shift.
o To carry out any instruction given by your superior(s) with regards to work.
o To work independently without hesitation.
o To perform cashiering duties.
o To ensure that all room key cards are accounted for.
o To ensure that all movement of any type of keys over the reception counter adhere to standard and procedure in key movement.
o To call FDRA or DRO if you are late or unable to come to work.
o To call FDRA or DRO if you are taken ill and unable to come to work.
o To adhere to all rules and regulation of the hotel, it's Standard and Procedures
