Job Responsibility1. Ensure all documents received in order before registering for Outpatient Visits or Inpatient Admissions.
2. update patient particulars when necessary.
3. ensure that cash, corporate or insurance patients identification are tagged correctly
4. prepare all the correct forms, stickers and patients ID tag
5. liaise with ward staff and perform bed assignment
6. arrange for inpatients to be sent to the wards
7. ensure that all charges are entered into patient account correctly
8. collect payment from patients apply into the System and to issue official receipts
9. record all the receipts issued in record book
