Guest Experience Ambassador will not only be required to perform the basic duties such as
? Greet and welcome guests
? Ensure record-keeping of bookings/cancellations
? Correct charges applied to the guest folio
? Timely communication on queries and request
But more importantly:
? Improve guest experience during their journey with us
? Help imagine and develop a unique offering for guest
? Reinforce the culture and personality of the organisation
? Support in building the brand
? Have fun
Requirements:
? Strong interpersonal skills
? Certificate / Diploma/Degree in any field
? Good with Excel and numbers
? Tech-savvy [we got some cool tools]
? Effective written and verbal communication
? Computer ninja
? Able to work a flexible schedule
? Sense of humour
Back ground in sales or arts/graphic/design is advantageous
