Job ResponsibilityProvide front desk reception duties for the office.
Managing internal & external customers timely and professionally.
Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls.
Collect and distribute all incoming mail and courier items.
Assisting in filing, typing, and any other ad-hoc functions.
Maintaining front door security and reporting any suspicious activity.
Responsible for supervising and inspecting cleaner work in their daily activities.
Assist in General Office administration & HR matters.
Order and maintain office supplies, pantry items, and other incidentals necessary for office operations.
Setting up meeting room facilities.
Ensure company profiles are up-to-date on social media (Facebook, LinkedIn).
Assist in any ad-hoc duties when required.
