Job Description


Job Responsibility

  • Ensure customer satisfaction as a top priority
  • Ability to respond to customer enquiries in a timely manner
  • Must possess skills in good customer relationships, ability to converse with patience and understanding
  • Assist in providing service for product servicing
  • Good follow up with customers on progress on services


Job Requirements

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience with e-commerce and social media such as Facebook, Shopee and Lazada would be an advantage
  • Good communication skills and writing in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Good communication skills in Mandarin will be added advantage
  • Location: Pertama Complex, Jalan Tuanku Abdul Rahman
