Job Responsibility
Ensure customer satisfaction as a top priority
Ability to respond to customer enquiries in a timely manner
Must possess skills in good customer relationships, ability to converse with patience and understanding
Assist in providing service for product servicing
Good follow up with customers on progress on services
Job Requirements
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Experience with e-commerce and social media such as Facebook, Shopee and Lazada would be an advantage
Good communication skills and writing in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Good communication skills in Mandarin will be added advantage
