Job Responsibility

• Efficiently reply customer chat inquiries through all platforms (Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok, Instagram, whatsapp etc.)
• Schedule and handle walk in customers
• Handle customer complains and returns professionally
• To ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
• Follow up and feedback customer reviews and ratings
• Updating tasks and follow up customer cases in a daily basis
• Call and accept calls from customers

Job Requirements

• Able to work in shift (6 days per week) and overtime.
• Able to speak and type in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Able to speak and type in Mandarin would be an advantage.
• Job Type: Full Time Only
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.
• Min. Diploma/Degree in Business Admin or relevant field.
• Able to operate basic computers. (Eg. Print Documents, Reply message, Reply email etc.)
• Good communication skills to handle all levels of people
• Must be polite have good tempered and manners, willing to listen customer.
• Must poses problem solving skills to resolve customer problems
