Job Responsibility

• To grasp related product knowledge (Training Provided)
• To assist, and to solve customer inquiries based on product knowledge
• To review and to ensure daily operation
• To attend to duty based on working shift respectively
• Morning Shift: 0800am to 1600pm
• Noon Shift: 1600pm to 0000am
• Night Shift: 0000am to 0800am

Job Requirements

• Mandarin Language Proficiency -Candidates MUST be able to read and write in Mandarin Language.
• Working Experience -Preferably candidates with working experience in Customer Service.
• Passionate and team-player -To work with a group we required candidates who are passionate and willing to learn.
• Own Transportation - To have own transportation and be able to cope with shift-routines.
