Paydee is a payment processing & credit solution for businesses. We've help small businesses accept cashless payment and manage cashflow. We're expanding and now looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join our Customer Success Team. This role will work closely with the SME businesses and parters; remove obstacles that may implede their experience in using our payment and credit solution.
Principle Responsibilities
o Get to know every new customer - their need and use cases for our services
o Create and make services information readily available to help them fulfill their need and achieve the desired use cases
o Monitor overall customer usage, experience and happiness
o Anticipate every steps of customer journey, or learn new ones by observing how customer uses our product; remove any unpleasant customer experience and obstacle that impede customers from using our services
o Keep a high level view on the support channels and stamp problem before they become a real issues
o Understand our product functionalities and capabilities; be the expert and trusted service expert
o Identify opportunities in customer's further growth and be ready to recommend and upsell
o Work closely with the product team to create new values for our customer.
Minimum qualifications
o Bachelor's Degree in any business or similar field.
o Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as we provide significant learning & training opportunities.
o 2 - 5 years of experience in customer sucess role or equivakent handling B2B customers
o Good in computer literate, especially in MS applications and good troubleshooting skill
o Able to work independently with minimun supervision and team player
Essential skills
o Possess professional customer service skills; solutions mindset, multi-tasking, passion for customers and ability to deliver exemplary customer experience.
o Good in multitasking and ability to resolving conflict and challenges from customer and merchants
o Ability to follow process and collaborate effectively to work in a team
o Excellent written and communication skills in native and English language
o Experience with technology solution and product support
o Well organized, with high attention to detail
