Job Responsibility

• Contact existing customers via outgoing calls
• Promoting of products to existing customers
• Revival of churned customers
• Increase sales growth
• Adhoc duties when required

Job Requirements

• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in multiple languages / dialects is a plus
• Preferably with F&B or FMCG Industry experience
• Can either be Office-based or Remote-based (Salary Package is different)
• Must have excellent oral/written Mandarin communication skills
• Call Center experience for a Food & Beverage account is a MUST
